Rose 'Peony Pink' (芍药粉) (1 Gal+ Live Plant) Shrub Rose

Also known as "Pink Peony" or "Peony Fenn," this rose typically grows to a height of around 120 cm, showcasing flowers with a diameter ranging from 8 to 10 cm. The blooms display bright or light pink hues and feature over 80 petals, resulting in a remarkably rich flower shape. It emits a sweet fragrance with subtle hints of almond and citrus, blooming quite frequently. However, its vase life is relatively short, lasting about 4 days, and it exhibits somewhat limited heat resistance, fading quickly in high-temperature conditions like most roses.

As per international descriptions, "Pink Peony" presents the quintessential peony flower shape and exudes a romantically fruity fragrance, considered one of the most beautiful roses available. The coloration tends towards a very light pink, accompanied by a deeply rich fragrance reminiscent of an English rose with myrrh notes, interspersed with hints of lemon and almond. The flowers take on a medium cup-shaped form, with delicate shell-pink petals that unfurl gracefully, resembling the appearance of a peony when fully open.

Plants received should be soaked in water for 1 hour then planted immediately. Small roses are recommended to be planted in a pot and larger roses are recommended to plant into the ground. Roses MUST receive direct sunlight, do NOT place in shaded or indoor, including balconies or near windows. Be sure your pots allow adequate water flow - water should be able to flow out the bottom of the pots. Watering should be done whenever the soil is not wet; check the soil with your hand near the roots to see if it is wet. Make sure your potted roses are elevated so rain water does not flood the bottom of the pot. Roses should ONLY be planted with loose flower mix for the first few months, no fertilizers or unsuited soil / mulch should be used until the rose is able to grow leaves.
